Customized Products

Since all products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item is received
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Damage Claims

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
