- The final price is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed
Full payment is required before production begins.
6. Order Processing, Production & Shipping
- Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
- Delivery times may vary due to customization complexity, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other external factors
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers
Once an order has shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products:
- Orders may only be canceled before production begins
- Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted
- Completed custom products are non-refundable unless there is a verified defect or production error on our part
Any refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
